Converged, a Mitel Platinum Partner is pleased to announce the promotion of Mandie Dekker to the position of Director of Business Development.

Mandie Dekker started with Converged in 2014 and has been a valuable team member ever since, serving as Inside Sales Manager. Her dedication to delivering exceptional service to customers and supporting the internal sales team has led to a wealth of experience that she will be able to utilize in her new position.
As Director of Business Development, Mrs. Dekker will be responsible for overseeing the management of the sales team and working to develop strategic initiatives to improve inter-departmental communications and workflow processes to help meet company quotas and revenue benchmarks.
Dekker's promotion comes at a time when the company is expanding into wider geographic territories and strategic verticals, such as the K12 and government markets.

Mandie will continue to work out of the Crystal Lake office. Converged Technology Professionals has offices in WI, IN, IL, MI and most recently opened a new office in Louisville, KY.
